대학생들이 방학을 이용해 기업체에서 현장 경험을 쌓을 수 있는 현장실습제도. 하지만 단기적으로 이뤄지다보니 수박 겉핥기에 그친다는 지적이 많은데요. 올해부터 정부가 단기 실습대신 장기현장실습을 본격적으로 추진해오고 있습니다. 이 제도가 안착하기 위한 과제들을이 윤녕기자가 짚어봤습니다.
