Ezekiel Elliot was cleared of charges for domestic abuse against his girlfriend on Tuesday, however, the NFL will continue to investigate the matter. Although prosecutors will not pursue, the NFL is within their right to continue an investigation and see if a punishment is necessary. Elliot has not been painted in the best light by the media since being drafted by the Dallas Cowboys, but everything stapled to his name has been alleged.
