David Luiz Transfer - Barcelona

Chelsea centre back David Luiz is seeing limited playing time out of Stamford Bridge and a transfer looms on the 26 year old Brazilian. La Liga powerhouse Barcelona had made an inquiry some time ago for Luiz's services, but he turned down the club. Now the Catalans are in need of a centre back and Luiz is available with Gary Cahill the permanent starter for the foreseeable future with the Blues. Will Barcelona snag Luiz and bolster their back line?
