James Harrison, 37 year old veteran of the Pittsburgh Steelers, has a strong message for kids who receive awards for participation. Harrison took to Instagram after his two sons received participation awards and went on a rant regarding how he will return the awards because you should not given trophies for just participating. He went on to state that he is always in full support of his kids, but sometimes your best is not enough, which will drive you to perform even better next time.
