Klay Thompson scored 60 points in 29 minutes, as the Warriors thrashed the Pacers in an eventual 142-106 rout. Thompson’s scoring outburst was quite remarkable, given how few minutes it took, and how little he needed the foul line to get to that number. The Warriors shooting guard finished 21-of-33 from the field, including eight three pointers, but did not play in the fourth quarter, where he could have realistically passed Kobe Bryant’s 81 point game, and had Michael Jordan’s 69 points in his sights.
