The modern rock band Biuret is known for their signature dreamy yet intense music, and this band made their long-awaited comeback last year after a break of 4 years. Presenting ever so refined music, the four are proving that the every bit of their long break was worth it. Let's learn more about this band on this edition of ONSTAGE K.
Biuret was initially formed by vocalist and guitarist Moon Hye-won in 2002 with her university friends. Then the band had a total member change in 2004 with guitarist Lee Gyo-won, drummer Uhm Jin-yong and bassist An Jai-hyun, and quickly made themselves known in indie circles through their outstanding live performances. This quartet also proved their incredible talents by winning the audition program "SUTASI: Season 1," an Asian version of "American Idol" in 2009.

보컬 문혜원이 2002년에 서울예대 실용음악과 친구들과 함께 결성한 밴드로 2004년 지금의 멤버 이교원(기타) 엄진용(드럼) 안재현(베이스)로 멤버구성을 갖췄다 지라이브클럽을 중심으로 활동하면서 입소문으로 이름을 알렸고 한국 록을 이끌어갈 차세대 주자로 꼽혔다.2009년 아시아판 아메리칸 아이돌 '수타시'에 출전해 우승을 차지하기도 했다 지난 해 2015년 오랜 휴식 끝에 컴백했다.
