Diego Simeone has done a tremendous amount with Atletico Madrid, given that he did not have much to begin with. Atletico was never pegged to make the Champions League Final three years ago, and with the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona overshadowing Simeone’s club once again, they were not pegged to make a return to that final. Unfortunately for Simeone, Real Madrid got the better of his club twice in the past three years, but Simeone had still given his club a handful of hardware, including a La Liga title and a Copa del Rey title along the way. Simeone is unsure if he will stay with Atletico Madrid, as many reports suggest it will take a big name signing to keep him there.
