"Power Up Your English" with Michelle is a fun way to learn useful English.

In today’s episode, we’re going to be exploring Health & Wellness, with a specific focus on Emotions and Feelings. We’ll be looking at different vocabulary related to emotions and feelings. Then, we’ll be looking at how we express them using simple sentences or phrases in conversation. And lastly, looking at what emotional wellbeing is and how important and practical it is in our daily lives.

Emotions and Feelings:

● Learning vocabulary related to different emotions (happy, sad, excited, nervous) and feelings (tired, hungry, thirsty).
● Practising expressing emotions and feelings using simple sentences or phrases (I feel happy when..., I am excited about...).
● Engaging in role-plays or discussions where students express their emotions and discuss strategies for emotional well-being.
