常言道「有得揀至係老闆」,廣州有間24小時營業的馳名粥店,不但齊集慕名而來吃豬雜粥的食客,店內還有現場自選的海鮮粥,除了粥品外,入選非物質文化遺產的沙河粉也是即場製作,還引進不少新吃法,包括楊枝甘露沙河粉及泰式芒果叉燒撈沙河粉。難道中國四大發明真的演變成「粥、粉、麵、飯」這麼有趣!?
