The Green Hub, formerly the Old Tai Po Police Station, is a declared monument. The revitalisation project has turned it into a space that supports local agriculture and promotes sustainable living. The Hub grows their own herbs, vegetables and fruits as supplies to the on-site restaurant. In this episode, Pierre is visiting the Green Hub and using the crops grown there to make vegan pandan mooncake with red bean paste.
