When celebrating Christmas or other major festivals, Hongkongers often take the whole family to a Hong Kong-styled Western restaurant. Along with the steaks, they also like to order a Peach Alaska, which serves as a perfect end of a sumptuous meal. With a flame on top of delicious ice-cream, this dessert must have been one of the earliest “snap and tag” item, and a delight to be shared among family members.
